Each Cleanse Includes:
Zoom Welcome Information Session
Access to prepared meals from Fix and Repeat (Bend) or Artemis (Portland)
A daily support email
Educational documents about the cleanse to help guide you through the process
A weekly Zoom group meditation
Zoom detox yoga classes at all levels (to experience as many times as you like during the cleanse)
Cleanse Food Details
All meals are vegan, but you may add allowed clean animal protein if you desire.
If preparing meals yourself, you will be given grocery lists, clean recipes and meal planning guide when you sign up for the cleanse.
If you opt-in for prepared meals, you will receive six lunches and dinners per week. (You can also opt-in in for six cold-pressed juices per week in Bend only.)
